- Springs-2800 Pocket springs (Based on 150cm) Designed for optimal individual support, the pocket spring system features springs that respond independently to your body and also prevents partner disturbance, eliminating the "roll together" effect. Also features high-density Mini Comfort Springs that contour to your body for targeted pressure relief, reduced motion transfer, and optimal spinal alignment.
- Fillings-A blend of 100% Platinum Grade British Wool and luxurious cashmere enhances comfort and breathability. Sustainably sourced and certified by the British Wool Marketing Board, the wool naturally regulates temperature—cool in summer, warm in winter—while cashmere adds a soft, indulgent touch. Both fibres are hypoallergenic and moisture-wicking, promoting a fresh, restful night’s sleep.
- Double Sided Turnable Mattress -To maintain even wear and extend the life of your mattress, turn and rotate it weekly for the first three months, then once a month afterward to ensure the fillings settle uniformly.

- Slatted Bed Frames: If using a slatted base ensure the slats are no more than 7.5 cm apart. Wider gaps may cause the mattress to dip and could void the guarantee.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with a 48-hour delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Thurs before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
