Please note, this is gift card can only be used in our Waltham Cross store. Looking for a thoughtful and flexible gift? Terms & Conditions: 1) Customers may use the card to pay or part-pay for any goods sold in our main store (excluding the Coffee Shop & Web Store) or the Budget & Outlet Shop, and it can be used to pay or part-pay for any outstanding orders. It cannot be exchanged for cash. 2) The card will expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited. 3) Please treat the card as cash. If lost it cannot be replaced.

At Fishpools, we aim to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible - from choosing the perfect furniture from your home, to getting it safely delivered. We offer a range of delivery and collection options to suit you:
- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next day delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Fri before 12 noon to be received the next working day..
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we are committed to offering only high-quality products. However, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item.
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. We’ll issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our terms and conditions. Some items are not eligible for a return and a full list can be found on our returns policy.
