Customer car park
Our car park is for the use of customers only and costs £3 for a maximum stay of 4 hours. To qualify for free parking spend £25 in Fishpools to receive a parking voucher to scan at payment kiosk.
Pay for parking via the payment kiosk in front of the store or via the Evology Apple or Google apps, location number 302745. Parking tariff applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Click and collect customers must enter their full, correct vehicle registration at the click and collect meet point on arrival to obtain a permit for the duration of their stay.
To obtain a permit, staff and deliveries must report to reception with their full, correct vehicle registration.
Delivery vehicles must enter their full, correct vehicle registration into the terminal at the goods-in department located at the rear of the store, on arrival to obtain a permit for the duration of their stay.

Yes, our Waltham Cross store is outside the M25, so you won’t be charged the London Ultra Low Emission Zone fee.
