- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next working delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Thurs before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we are committed to offering only high-quality products. However, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item.
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. We’ll issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our terms and conditions. Some items are not eligible for a return and a full list can be found on our returns policy.
