Each mattress in the range is certified chemical free and features integrated pillow tops and two rows of side stitching for lasting durability. The Harrison Spinks Grandiosa mattresses are also turn-free, making them effortlessly simple to maintain without compromising on comfort. - Smaller items are usually delivered by DX (Monday–Friday), with next day delivery available on select products.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase - but we know sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you do need to return or exchange an item, simply make sure it’s in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and proof of purchase, and send it back within 14 days. Some items, including custom, clearance, or hygienic products, aren’t eligible for return, and we ask that any damages are reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
