- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

The 5 stars are for the table not the service from Fishpools.
I’m very happy with the table. It’s a lovely piece with the added advantage of being able to extend each end rather than a single end extension piece in the middle meaning you have 3 length options.
However, I ordered & paid in full for the table as it was an in stock item. I appreciate this was over the Christmas period but once everyone was back to work I enquired as to when I could expect to receive it only to be told it wasn’t in stock as the one I had seen available shouldn’t have been as it was marked as damaged.
I then had to wait a number of weeks as the supplier didn’t have any & had to wait for a shipment to arrive in the UK. I had to chase Fishpools for lead times on multiple times as often no one came back to me until a manager got involved. As I had sold my old table with the new one supposedly being in stock I was then without a table but on a positive note Fishpools did loan me one.
