At Fishpools, we aim to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible - from choosing the perfect furniture from your home, to getting it safely delivered. We offer a range of delivery and collection options to suit you:

  • Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next working day delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Fri before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
  • Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
  • We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
