- Frame: Selected fully seasoned beech and other hardwoods, from managed sources. Hand crafted with joints triple or double doweled, glued and screwed with corner blocks for extra rigidity.
- Seat: Fully upholstered on a tempered steel serpentine spring unit.
- Back: Fixed upholstered with foam pad on tempered steel super loop spring unit.
- Interiors: Pocket spring unit surrounded by foam and encased in feathers
- Legs: Hand polished Legs In Antique Oak, Distressed Oak, Blackened Oak, Grey Oak

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next working day delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Fri before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
