Disclaimer: Teak wood has a natural appearance and develops a beautiful silver-grey patina when exposed to the elements over time. Scratches, dents, cracks, knots are inherent in recycled teak and does not have an impact on the lifespan. Normal use of the product will result in small hairline cracks and openings appearing in the wood; this does not detract from the quality or the durability and adds to the charm of this product.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX (Monday–Friday), with next day delivery available on select products.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase - but we know sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you do need to return or exchange an item, simply make sure it’s in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and proof of purchase, and send it back within 14 days. Some items, including custom, clearance, or hygienic products, aren’t eligible for return, and we ask that any damages are reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
