Each mattress also comes complete with rows of hand side-stitched detailing and a chemical-free soft damask cover for a truly cosy result. Choose your mattress in medium or firm tensions and make each bed your own with a variety of fabrics and storage options to choose from.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by Parcelforce (Monday–Friday), with 48-hour delivery available on select products.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase - but we know sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you do need to return or exchange an item, simply make sure it’s in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and proof of purchase, and send it back within 14 days. Some items, including custom, clearance, or hygienic products, aren’t eligible for return, and we ask that any damages are reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
