  • Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next working delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Thurs before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
  • Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
  • We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we are committed to offering only high-quality products. However, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item.

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. We’ll issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our terms and conditions. Some items are not eligible for a return and a full list can be found on our returns policy.

What is a protection plan? It covers life's little accidents, such as food or drink spills and accidental damage to your furniture for 5 years from point of delivery. Guardsman aim to keep your furniture looking good and in full use in your home.

How much does it cost? We calculate the cost based on the final number of seats or value of your order. To do this, we perform the calculation in your shopping basket. Prices start from as low as £39, with a three seat sofa costing only £129 for 5 years protection.
Can I take out a protection plan at a later date? Unfortunately all protection plans must be registered with Guardsman before the furniture is delivered to your home. For this reason we can not offer guardsman on delivered products.
