Contactless Click & Collect We offer a click and collect service from our store in Waltham Cross or warehouse in Hertford. Larger items are generally available to collect from our warehouse in Hertford. Small goods can be collected from our store in Waltham Cross.

Our Premier delivery service starts from £75 (£55 for Beds & Mattresses) and is available on all items. Standard delivery is available on smaller goods like chairs, footstools, small chests, rugs and larger decorative accessories including pictures, mirrors and lighting. Small goods, for example bed linen and decorative accessories are delivered by Parcelforce.

Staff very helpful when looking for new furniture and all through the purchase process. Given the lead time for what we wanted only had to put a deposit down until product in store and delivery date arranged. Delivery day quite an experience watching the guys put together items - nothing too much trouble and by the time assembly is over and item positioned all the packaging is collated, taken away and re-cycled. We bought a King size bed with mattress travico style, the delivery and fitter came on time, and the fitter was very helpful and help me to dismantle the previous bed as I couldn't move it myself, and the product was Italian made - very good quality, expensive but you get what you paid for.
