Win Your Sofa Back & Complimentary Coffee Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Fishpools Limited (“Fishpools”), 115 High Street, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, EN8 7AL.
1. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Fishpools, their immediate families, agents, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion closes on Sunday 22nd November (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Win Your Sofa Back prize draw, participants must complete and submit the promotional sign-up form during the Promotion Period and purchase a sofa in store or online.
No charge to enter, but only entries with a valid sofa purchase will be considered.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
4. Qualifying Sofa Purchase
To be eligible to receive the Win Your Sofa Back prize, the selected winner must have purchased a qualifying new sofa from Fishpools during the Promotion Period / between 28/09/26 and 22/11/26.
For the purposes of this promotion, a “qualifying sofa” means a sofa, corner sofa or sofa bed with two or more seats, purchased directly from Fishpools, excluding clearance, ex-display and/or other specified products.
The qualifying order must not have been cancelled or fully refunded before the prize is awarded.
5. The Prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for their qualifying sofa, up to a maximum value of £2999.
The refund applies to the qualifying sofa only and does not include delivery charges, care plans, accessories, footstools, chairs or other products, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where a qualifying order contains more than one sofa, the one with the highest value is covered.
The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered, except where Fishpools is required to provide a reasonable alternative in circumstances beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied on the sales order, which must match the details when entering the promotion.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and qualifying purchase.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is unable to provide proof of a qualifying purchase, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, Fishpools reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
8. Payment of the Prize
Once the winner’s eligibility has been verified, the refund will be arranged within 14 days.
Where possible, the refund will be made using the original payment method. If this is not possible, Fishpools will agree an appropriate alternative method with the winner.
Where the sofa was purchased using finance, the method by which the prize is provided may vary depending on the finance agreement and outstanding balance.
9. Complimentary Coffee Voucher
Customers who successfully complete the promotional sign-up form will also receive a voucher for one complimentary basic coffee at the Fishpools in-store café.
The voucher:
- is valid until 22nd November 2026;
- may be redeemed once only;
- is limited to one complimentary coffee per person;
- is valid for basic coffee drinks, excludes premium syrups and drinks
- has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; and
- must be presented at the café when ordering.
10. Personal Information
Fishpools will use the personal information provided by entrants to administer the promotion, including processing entries, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize and coffee voucher.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Fishpools’ Privacy Policy.
Entering the promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Fishpools. Where entrants are invited to receive marketing communications, this will be presented as a separate optional choice.
11. General
Fishpools reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe they have breached these terms and conditions or have attempted to manipulate or abuse the promotion.
Fishpools reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already entered.
Fishpools accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully submitted because of a technical fault or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any rights an entrant may have under applicable consumer law.
The promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
