Thank you for purchasing your new product from Fishpools. We are thrilled that you have chosen to add one of our pieces to your home and are confident it will bring you years of enjoyment.

Please inspect your new purchase within 72 hours of receipt. In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged, please inform us within this timeframe, as we will be unable to accept returns for damage reported outside of this period.

Hanging or fitting pictures

When hanging or fitting your item, please ensure you use the correct fittings for your wall or ceiling type. Our products have individual mounting points and should not be strung or wired. Please check your items prior to arranging installation.

Cleaning your product

To clean most pictures, mirrors, lighting, and decorative accessories, we recommend using a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid using liquids or other chemicals, as these can cause discolouration or damage to parts of the product.
