Care Tips
- Turn and rotate the mattress weekly for the first three months, then monthly thereafter to promote even settlement of the fillings.
- Always use a mattress protector to help keep your mattress clean and extend its lifespan.
- If using a slatted base, ensure the slats are no more than 7.5cm apart. Wider gaps may cause the mattress to sag and could invalidate the guarantee.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with 2-3 working day delivery available on select products. This includes free delivery on orders over £50 available on smaller home decor items and rugs.
- Our furniture is usually delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, placement of your furniture, and removal of packaging. Our delivery team will contact you once your goods are in stock to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Please note that Premier Delivery does not include specialist fitting or installation. Some items may require an additional fitting charge if you would like them to be professionally fitted. Where this applies, the charge will be shown or discussed before your delivery is arranged.
- A standard delivery option may also be available on selected items. This service includes delivery to your door only. We will contact you to schedule your delivery once your goods are ready.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
