At Fishpools, we aim to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible - from choosing the perfect furniture from your home, to getting it safely delivered. We offer a range of delivery and collection options to suit you:

  • Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with 2-3 working day delivery available on select products. This includes free delivery on orders over £50 available on smaller home decor items and rugs.
  • Our furniture is usually delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, placement of your furniture, and removal of packaging. Our delivery team will contact you once your goods are in stock to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • Please note that Premier Delivery does not include specialist fitting or installation. Some items may require an additional fitting charge if you would like them to be professionally fitted. Where this applies, the charge will be shown or discussed before your delivery is arranged.
  • A standard delivery option may also be available on selected items. This service includes delivery to your door only. We will contact you to schedule your delivery once your goods are ready.
  • We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

What is a protection plan? It covers life's little accidents, such as food or drink spills and accidental damage to your furniture for 5 years from point of delivery. Guardsman aim to keep your furniture looking good and in full use in your home.

How much does it cost? We calculate the cost based on the final number of seats or value of your order. To do this, we perform the calculation in your shopping basket. Prices start from as low as £39, with a three seat sofa costing only £129 for 5 years protection.
Can I take out a protection plan at a later date? Unfortunately all protection plans must be registered with Guardsman before the furniture is delivered to your home. For this reason we can not offer guardsman on delivered products.
