- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wipe up spills immediately, as diffuser liquid may damage polished and painted surfaces. Do not light the reeds.
- Diffuser lifespan may vary depending on room size and environmental conditions, including temperature, airflow, humidity and direct sunlight. For best results, position your diffuser away from heat sources, direct sunlight and areas with strong air circulation. We recommend using your current diffuser until it is empty before switching to this refill.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with 2-3 working day delivery available on select products. This includes free delivery on orders over £50 available on smaller home decor items and rugs.
- Our furniture is usually delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, placement of your furniture, and removal of packaging. Our delivery team will contact you once your goods are in stock to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Please note that Premier Delivery does not include specialist fitting or installation. Some items may require an additional fitting charge if you would like them to be professionally fitted. Where this applies, the charge will be shown or discussed before your delivery is arranged.
- A standard delivery option may also be available on selected items. This service includes delivery to your door only. We will contact you to schedule your delivery once your goods are ready.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
