About Palazzo
With its stunningly long stems, and slender profile, Palazzo is as elegant as it is tall. Running vertically within the bowl of each piece is a wide, open optic, which not only brings shape and style to the range, but also lets in light in such a way as to show off the beautifully subtle, pearl coloured finish which adorns each glass from top to bottom. Palazzo, with its height, colour and style is a sophisticated collection, made up of flutes, wines, gins, champagne saucers and tumblers, all of which are gift boxed.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by Parcelforce (Monday–Friday), with 48-hour delivery available on select products.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase - but we know sometimes things aren’t quite right. If you do need to return or exchange an item, simply make sure it’s in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and proof of purchase, and send it back within 14 days. Some items, including custom, clearance, or hygienic products, aren’t eligible for return, and we ask that any damages are reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
