At Fishpools, we aim to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible - from choosing the perfect furniture from your home, to getting it safely delivered. We offer a range of delivery and collection options to suit you:

• Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with 2-3 working day delivery available on select products. This includes free delivery on orders over £50 available on smaller home decor items and rugs.
• Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
• We also offer a standard delivery option, this includes placement of goods just inside the main entrance or hallway of the property only.
• We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.

At Fishpools, we are committed to offering only high-quality products. However, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item.

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. We’ll issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our terms and conditions. Some items are not eligible for a return and a full list can be found on our returns policy.
