Care Tip
- To maintain even wear and extend the life of your mattress, turn and rotate it weekly for the first three months, then once a month afterward to ensure the fillings settle uniformly.- Always use a mattress protector to maintain cleanliness and extend the life of your mattress.- If using a slatted base, ensure the slats are no more than 7.5 cm apart. Wider gaps may cause the mattress to dip and could void the guarantee.

- Smaller items are usually delivered by DX, with next working delivery available on select products. Orders must be placed Mon-Thurs before 10:30am to be received the next working day. Any age verified products will be delivered on a 2-3 working day service.
- Our furniture is delivered by our two-person Premier Delivery team, which includes our team delivering your furniture to your room of choice, in-room assembly and removal of any packaging. Our delivery team will contact you as soon as your goods are in stock to book in a suitable delivery date.
- We also provide convenient Click & Collect from our store in Waltham Cross or from our distribution centre in Hertford.
