Fishpools Delivery Options


Our Premier Delivery Service is part of our commitment to the highest standards of customer care. Our highly trained delivery crew will deliver your new furniture, eliminating any concerns about manoeuvring or damaging it yourself. As part of our Premier Delivery service you can expect:

  • A dedicated delivery slot.
  • You will be notified up to an hour before delivery.
  • We’ll deliver your new furniture to the room of your choice, making sure to protect your floors to avoid any damage.
  • Your new furniture will be unwrapped and placed exactly where you want it.*
  • We’ll remove and recycle all of the packaging.**

We will ask you to examine the goods in the presence of our delivery crew. All goods must be signed for.

Standard delivery is available on a range of smaller items. We will arrange a delivery date with you, you will then receive an email or text evening before delivery with a three-hour delivery slot and will also be notified up to an hour before delivery. Goods will be delivered to your door and will require a signature.



For smaller items, we can offer delivery using Parcel Force UK Mainland (Monday – Friday) on selected items only. Orders will be collected by Parcel Force at 12 Noon Monday to Friday. Orders Received after 12:00pm Friday will be collected the following Monday at 12 Noon. (Except bank holidays where this will become the next working day) This is a signed for service. Due to COVID-19, Parcelforce may operate an irregular service. For their latest status please click here. In all instances, Parcelforce will seek to ensure 'all reasonable endeavours' to maintain their normal service.



We use a specialist delivery company “Fragilistics” for pictures and mirrors only. As most items can be handled by one person, this is a one person service. Please advise us of any access issues that may make delivery to your address difficult.

Fishpools will contact you to confirm a delivery date to your postcode area. The goods will be delivered to the room of your choice on the ground floor and will not be unpacked. Delivery to flats will normally be to the ground floor main entrance only. A 10 minute window is then allowed for the customer to check the goods.

We recommend that a fitter is not booked until your order has been received and checked thoroughly at the time of delivery. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Please be aware that for any larger items, someone will have to be available to assist the delivery driver.



If you would like to collect your purchase, we offer a FREE Click & Collect service on all items. You are able to collect from our store in Waltham Cross or our Distribution Centre in Hertford. Some larger items may only be availble for collection from our distribution centre. You will be notified when your goods are ready to be collected, this can take up to 48 hours for items in stock.


Please use our postcode checker for a delivery cost to your home. Our Premier delivery service starts from £49 (£29 for Beds & Mattresses) and is available on all items. Standard delivery is available on smaller goods like chairs, footstools, small chests, rugs and larger decorative accessories including pictures, mirrors and lighting. Small goods, for example bed linen and decorative accessories are delivered via Parcel Force.
