We recently purchased an Ottoman bed and Harrison Spinks mattress from Fishpools and have been very impressed by the service from start to finish. We spent a lot of time in the shop and we were not rushed or pushed to make a decision.

We needed to delay the delivery due to delays in our room being ready, and this was accommodated with no issue.

On the day of delivery, the two gentlemen who delivered the bed and mattress were professional and helpful, and very careful with protecting our floors and doors. Couldn’t fault the service.

So far we are very happy with our new bed and would happily shop at Fishpools again.

Like a lot of people still, we like to see and touch a product before committing to a purchase; so we visited Fishpools store which is approximately an hours drive. Our experience in the shop was second to none. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about their products. We found a number of items we required and whilst advised of the lead times we were also advised that hose lead times were the worst case scenario. We placed the order, paid the deposit and were then advised that we would be advised when the items were available for delivery. This all took place and indeed the items were available a few weeks early.
Delivery was by Fishpools own transport and employees who also assembled some of the items. Not only did the delivery guys [Dan & Paul] put protection over the front door but also over the floor surface to protect that also. Then, when finished, they took away all of the packaging materials for recycling. Dan & Paul were efficient, polite and professional. They are a credit to Fishpools. Overall, I would highly recommend Fishpools.

Fishpools is a premiere furniture store both in terms of the furniture and service. Unlike other chain stores you get personal attention and the after sales service is excellent. A small issue I had with a new sofa was addressed promptly and politely.

We had a chair that needed repairing. The aftersales staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful. They got the chair fixed. When you purchase an item and its faulty this is when you find out how good the company is. Fishpools have excelled in their aftercare service and I believe this is worth returning to them every time.

The furnishings you will always be certain will be quality and lasting not falling apart within 3 years. The delivery drivers are always polite, happy and professional you really can’t go wrong with purchasing from Fishpools.
