Our Prestige Stone Quartz Frypan makes the perfect fried egg but sometimes you want to do something a bit more exciting, especially with new things. With that in mind we’ve put together this simple but delicious recipe idea that’s so easy you can even enjoy it on a weekday!
8 tomatoes, halved then quartered
Approx. 16 asparagus tips, cut into rough 2cm chunks
1 onion, diced
- Cook the pappardelle as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a little olive oil.
- When the onion starts to become transparent, add the tomatoes and asparagus and fry for a further 3-5 minutes. Drain the pappardelle.
- Remove the vegetables from the heat, add the pappardelle to the frying pan and combine. Add extra olive oil to coat the pasta if required. Season and serve.
