Our Prestige Stone Quartz Frypan makes the perfect fried egg but sometimes you want to do something a bit more exciting, especially with new things. With that in mind we’ve put together this simple but delicious recipe idea that’s so easy you can even enjoy it on a weekday!easy cooking


400g pappardelle

8 tomatoes, halved then quartered

Approx. 16 asparagus tips, cut into rough 2cm chunks

1 onion, diced

Olive oil


  1. Cook the pappardelle as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a little olive oil.
  2. When the onion starts to become transparent, add the tomatoes and asparagus and fry for a further 3-5 minutes. Drain the pappardelle.
  3. Remove the vegetables from the heat, add the pappardelle to the frying pan and combine. Add extra olive oil to coat the pasta if required. Season and serve.
