Competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience based on a 40-hour working week.

Full time, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday work (on rotation with a day off in-leu mid-week). Office-based role in Waltham Cross.

Job Opportunity

Join us at this key stage in our online retail growth plan and technical migration. You will be part of an e-commerce team that values and recognises the importance of development, whilst exploring a wealth of retail and technical challenges. You will:

  • Ensure that the website is up to date with new products/images and prices.
  • Help develop our online presence, ensuring we remain commercial whilst delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with the latest e-commerce trends.
  • Find commercial opportunities within our website analytics and trading statistics.
  • Work with our buyers to maintain an accurate product representation, whilst considering product placement, descriptions, and features.
  • Assist our Technical Ecommerce Specialist with exciting projects which will drive the user experience of our online store and increase profitability.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service when processing website orders and communication with customers via email and social media.

As an ideal e-commerce administrator, you will be:

  • Always Customer Focused: Passionate about home interiors and retail with a flair for e-commerce.
  • An Excellent Communicator: Precise attention to detail. Clear, concise, effective and accurate communication is essential when maintaining a web platform with over 30,000 visitors a week.
  • Technically CompetentExcellent understanding of e-commerce, with previous experience in working with a CMS. Advanced excel skills are required. Previous with UA/GA4 is desirable.
