Mandatory Face Coverings
Face coverings are now mandatory for all customers. Masks are available on request. All of our staff have been provided with personal protection equipment as required.

Our Online Store
Our website is open and you can place an order for delivery or contactless collection (see below). We have significantly altered the way in which we process and deliver goods to meet the strict social distancing measures.
Contactless Fishpools Delivery service
Our in home premier delivery service remains unaffected by the latest UK lockdown restrictions. Our deliveries will be performed by our highly skilled delivery crew, who will enter your home whilst observing social distancing at all times. All of our delivery drivers will be equipped with personal protection equipment and adhere to a strict hygiene regime.
In advance of your delivery, you will be asked to confirm that no one in your home has symptoms of Covid-19 or is self-isolating. If this is the case, your delivery will be rescheduled for a later time. Prior to your delivery, we will ask you to clear the route into the room of your choice, enabling our crew to quickly and efficiently deliver your new goods. We will also ask you to leave the room whilst we deliver and assemble your new furniture (where required). Once your new goods have been positioned into the room of your choice, our delivery drivers will remove all of the packaging from your home.
Contactless Click & Collect
We are offering a contactless collection from our store in Waltham Cross or Warehouse in Hertford. Larger items are generally available to collect from our warehouse in Hertford. Small goods can be collected from our store in Waltham Cross. Full Covid-Secure collection instructions will be sent to you when your goods are available for collection.
Parcel Force
We are currently dispatching parcels as normal. After dispatch, this is a Monday - Friday, UK mainland delivery service. You will receive a text message with your tracking details on dispatch. We estimate that in stock goods should be delivered within 10 working days.
Existing Orders
Although our store is temporarily closed, we wanted to let you know that we're doing everything we can behind the scenes to serve our customers. Our warehouse and delivery team will continue to work, ensuring we always remain Covid Secure. We are still receiving products from our suppliers on a daily basis and are performing contactless deliveries to customers every day.
There is no need to contact us regarding your order at this stage. We will continue to work with our suppliers to ensure goods arrive into our warehouse and are delivered as quickly as possible. Should we receive a revised production/delivery date for your order, we will be in touch to advise.
